“Al Qaeda” in Washington State {or Western Australia}
This is like al Qaeda in Iraq banning cigarettes. They helped us immensely. You had to be there to realize seriousness of the impact. When we would go into villages and see cigarettes suddenly vanished from the market, we knew al Qaeda just took the village but we would have it back soon. With severe prejudice.
Watch how this plays out in Washington State. I’m tempted to fly from Miami to Seattle just to see. But this may be in Western Australia and that is at this point behind enemy lines.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
