Do it now folks!! Before the kill the 22 month clock.
If your county/city/state has Dominion Democracy Suite voting systems, start FOIA requesting the “poll pad recaps” or the total number of voters checked in on the poll pads at each precinct.
Then in a separate FOIA, request the poll closing tapes for your precinct.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
