How can one distinguish between a totally fair election and one that is rigged with skill?
You can't. I can't. Trump can't. Courts can't.
If you say you KNOW an election was fair, you're either misinformed or lying, because our systems are not fully auditable.

An American citizen can't know if an election was fair or unfair because our election systems are not designed for full transparency or full audits. We only know courts don't have access to information that would tell us with certainty how fair an election has been.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
