Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.

Random thoughts:
Forcing Putin to cross the final course of the principle of the non-use weapon, ie., the use of a “tactical NUCLEAR weapon on a military objective is a grave threat to Europe, the world, and humanity.
From a doctrinal perspective, the moment there is an imbalance of forces that endangers major military objectives, the doctrine takes hold. The use of a tactical NUCLEAR weapon is on the table and serious consideration is given for its use.
We in the west are “convinced” that this use option is unrealistic because it triggers a strategic NUCLEAR response (this would be false assumption). This assumption however is made so not to weaken the concept of deterrence (a misunderstood concept) .
Given the hardly concealed provocations during this transition of power from one POTUS to another and from a newly formed European Northern Alliance Group (?), in order for Putin to confirm his determination and stand strong in the eyes of his ...
