I consider it a peerless record of the opinions of many people, who share the goal of not succumbing to the intentions of the tyrants.
I doubt this global problem is going to be solved in the courts. If that route of resolution was open to us, we’d long ago have put it to bed.
After some event, however, this record could be truly enabling to ensure it’s widely understood what’s been done to us & how.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
