I used to think partisans knew they were being ridiculous but did it anyway because it works. Now I see they are victims of Narrative Poisoning from some source or other. They are true believers. Different problem. Trace back to the source. You know where that ends.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
