Because COVID shots don’t provide immunity, they don’t even meet the widely accepted definition of a vaccine.
CDC changed their definition.
I would argue that lawmakers who created federal laws limiting liability for vaccines did not intend for their laws to cover these shots.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
