Border Patrol now: “Starting this morning in RGV McAllen station: All BP details are cancelled. 90% of each shift must report to the staging area in McAllen. This leaves only 5 Agents on each shift to patrol 50 miles of river! They might as well raise the white flag. It’s done. EVERYONE will get away. Aliens will come POURING over the border. Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
