Maricopa County claimed they fired the worker who was mass approving ballots within 2 seconds, conceding its an unrealistic time to review ballots. In doing so, they've acknowledged that there are 300,000 ballots that are now compromised in a race decided by 17,000 votes.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
