The court is on a break in the Kari Lake election contest trial. Resumes in an hour and a half at 1:30 (PDT) for closing arguments - this should be the best part, you'll want to tune in. MaRICOpa County Elections Director Rey Valenzuela's testimony was so inconsistent about how long it takes to verify signatures (he said everything from under a second to 20 seconds) that Lake's attorneys are gonna have a field day.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
