Cluster Bombs are horrific — go to Laos and see. Children and farmers killed decades after the war. The cluster submunitions are like the death jabs. Submunitions kill on the day they are dropped and for generations leaving farms fallow. Only the most evil would employ cluster munitions on some of the most fertile farmland on earth even as global conditions move toward famines.
