Former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman, testifying in the disbarment trial of Trump's attorney John Eastman, just revealed that a contract between the state's elections commission WEC and ERIC (the controversial Electronic Registration Information Center) violated the law by not containing statutorily required protections of voter data. Gableman is concerned that we have no idea what ERIC is doing with the data.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
