The incentive system in science guarantees that eventually all the top scientists in every field will be frauds.
Any scientist who tries to play it straight will lose to scientists who are willing to publish lies that look impressive and also agree with the approved narrative.
It probably already happened with climate and covid.
Design is destiny.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
