People don't appreciate what a risky maneuver this was by Vivek. If Haley names three on the spot, it immediately turns into a crushing embarrassment for him and probably ends his campaign. But he wagered that she wouldn't be able to do it, and he was right. Extremely well played

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
