It's no secret I had direct contact with @CapitolPolice Officer Harry Dunn for several weeks. This began with a four-hour-long personal meeting in September of this year. We maintained contact until @theblaze went public with Part 1 of our series about him and SA Lazarus.⬇️

The whole context of those communications will remain between @libradunn and me, but I am prepared to reveal that it was Officer Dunn acting of his own volition to create and release that anonymous letter, violating multiple department policies in the process.⬇️ ...

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
