Because the university knew the risk, and brushed it off, if a Jewish student gets harassed or hurt, the U has SEVERE liability. Far beyond what they would have had, had these presidents not acted so nonchalant about the risk.

And for that reason, so does the board of trustees themselves, if they leave these savage mediocrities in place now.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
