I see a lot of folks saying "Trump is back on the ballot". Correct...but I don't believe it had anything to do with Jena Griswold "hearing the people". Part of the ruling was that if Trump "sought" an appeal to SCOTUS (sought was the specific word), the decision would be stayed.
Meaning, if SCOTUS doesn't take it up, he'll likely still be on the Primary but the General Election will be another story. Hat tip to

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
