is definitely "up the chain" in efforts to block J6 investigation efforts. I reported on that going back three years ago this month. He has the support of the Capitol Police Board in the obstructionism, which includes the House and Senate Sergeants at Arms.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
