Fallout from the Moscow terrorist attack...
There is much discussion about who hatched and paid for the massive terrorist attack in Moscow. In reality, we will probably never know the truth and the guilty party is actually irrelevant to the fallout that is coming.
Why?
When a violence-enthusiast, powerful country is on the receiving end of a huge terrorist attack, it is only really relevant to know who they publicly blame, regardless of their solid or dubious reasons for doing so.
For example, after 9/11 happened in America a foreign country who had nothing to do with the terrorist event, Iraq, got the public blame. Hell was unleashed on Iraq. The casualties and suffering were massive. The fallout lasted for many years.
Now, Vladimir Putin has said he's going to respond to violence with violence. I doubt there is a single person anywhere who doubts this is exactly what will happen.
Early hints suggest Putin is looking at Ukraine (and likely Western intelligence agencies that support Ukraine). Unless Putin specifically redirects his public blame to another target after the captured terrorists are extensively interrogated and their stories are checked-out, expect very serious and violent reprisals.
I don't think that I need to emphasize that reprisals against America or Great Britain -- for their intelligence agencies' alleged involvement -- would be extremely dangerous for the world.
Obviously, for the current government of Ukraine -- if they are the ones who are publicly blamed -- the consequences could be fatal.
Anyway, what happened yesterday in Moscow has a very real potential to turn into something very ugly, dangerous and extensive. So, buckle up.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
