This won't work because it can't.
1) The military, like the govt, is effectively controlled by networks of power that aren't loyal to our country because they aren't even American.
2) The senior military leaders that aren't openly committing treason are still incapable of seeing/grasping the real strategic threats & are easily manipulated. They operate within two totally flawed paradigms:
a) They subscribe to an overly simplistic geopolitical model.
b) Within that overly simplistic model, they believe the USG represents the "good guys."

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
