BREAKING.🚨🚨
MASSIVE WIN FOR THE FOURTH AMENDMENT.
Judge Ho has ruled that the "geofencing" surveillance method used to track J6ers and other Americans is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
The federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals held in its opinion that geofence warrants are “categorically prohibited by the Fourth Amendment."
The court's opinion forbade the “general, exploratory rummaging” that the nation's Founders intended to outlaw.
EFF pointed out that under the Supreme Court’s landmark ruling in Carpenter v. United States, "individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy in the location data implicated by geofence warrants."
Second, EFF noted that the court found that "even though investigators seek warrants for geofence location data, these searches are inherently unconstitutional." As the court pointed out, geofence warrants require a provider (almost always Google) to search “the entirety” of its location data “while law enforcement officials have no idea who they are looking for, or whether the search will even turn up a result.”
This is a major blow for Americans' constitutional rights against increasing encroachment of the surveillance state.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
