Random thoughts:
Forcing Putin to cross the final course of the principle of the non-use weapon, ie., the use of a “tactical NUCLEAR weapon on a military objective is a grave threat to Europe, the world, and humanity.
From a doctrinal perspective, the moment there is an imbalance of forces that endangers major military objectives, the doctrine takes hold. The use of a tactical NUCLEAR weapon is on the table and serious consideration is given for its use.
We in the west are “convinced” that this use option is unrealistic because it triggers a strategic NUCLEAR response (this would be false assumption). This assumption however is made so not to weaken the concept of deterrence (a misunderstood concept) .
Given the hardly concealed provocations during this transition of power from one POTUS to another and from a newly formed European Northern Alliance Group (?), in order for Putin to confirm his determination and stand strong in the eyes of his nation, is for him to seriously consider the use of the ultimate warning, the NUCLEAR tactical weapon.
I pray to God that I am wrong.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
