What makes this latest censorship order so extreme and urgent for US Govt to examine is that Moraes isn't just censoring US tech companies for the content they can make available in Brazil.
He's ordering them to shut accounts fully as if he has the right of global silencing.

This judge repeatedly classifies criticisms of himself and Brazil's supreme court as attempting to "incite hatred" against him and the court and thus must be criminalized.
Brazil is so far beyond any other country in the democratic world - even Germany - in repressing dissent.
