A reporter, @jmorse_, messaged me saying @gofundme told him they canceled the campaign because of 'attempts to spread misleading information.' When pressed, they couldn't name what was 'misleading.'

We've discovered the following number of early/absentee voters who filed out-of-state NCOA move notices, suggesting they may have cast illegal ballots due to no longer meeting residency requirements.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
