Update:
Beginning the difficult grind of datamatching double voters and out of state residents in the 6 key states with the national file. Grueling but underway.
Confirmed all call center calls will wrap late Tuesday night. On track to deliver results next week.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
