CNN's Greg Clary neglected to share the very clear reason I gave him why individuals from administration are on leave to volunteer for this project:
It has 0% do to with being in the administration and 100% to do with being on the data team I built for the campaign in 2016.

Patrick talks about the precinct captains have a right to REQUIRE a HAND COUNT. After the ballots have ran through the machines (before the precinct captains sign a certification for the results). If they don't match don't sign to certify the results.
